In Belgium. NATO's Headquarters are located in Haren, Brussels, Belgium, while the headquarters of Allied Command Operations is near Mons, Belgium.

Montenegro joined NATO on 5 June 2017. A poll in July 2015 found that 36.6 percent support membership, to 37.3 percent against, with sharp divisions between ethnic groups: 71.2 percent of Montenegrin Albanians and 68 percent of Montenegrin Bosniaks support membership, while only 11.3 percent of Montenegrin Serbs do.

North Atlantic Treaty Organization. NATO was formed by 12 countries in 1949. Today, there are 29 members.
