3 minutes. In 1867, the Marquess of Queensberry rules were drafted by John Chambers for amateur championships held at Lillie Bridge in London. It introduced three minutes long rounds, one minute rest intervals between rounds, and a ten-second count. Amateur men and women's rounds are 2 minutes.

Canada. Lennox Lewis holds dual British and Canadian citizenship. As an amateur he won gold representing Canada at the 1988 Olympic Games. Having achieved that goal, Lewis declared himself a professional boxer and moved back to his native England, which he had left at the age of 12.

Wladimir. Vitali Klitschko is a three-time world heavyweight champion and the only world heavyweight champion to have never been knocked down in any fight. With an 87.23% knockout percentage, he holds one of the highest knockout-to-fight ratios in heavyweight boxing history. From 2006 until 2015, he and his brother Wladimir dominated heavyweight boxing, a period typically known as the "Klitschko Era".

In Zaire. This historic boxing event took place on October 30, 1974, in Kinshasa, Zaire (now Democratic Republic of the Congo). Zaire's president Mobutu Sésé Seko asked for the fight to be held in his country, eager for the publicity such an event would bring.
