Sticky liquid from cones
Juices flowing under the influence of the sun from a plant
Nectar dissolved with dew
expel the aphids
The honeydew is expelled by aphids and leeks, less often other insects feeding on plant juice. They feed mainly on the plant's juice, and water, sugars, free amino acids, and the rest are rapidly degrading in the form of honeydew.
