Nigeria questions

Lagos is the largest city in Nigeria. Nigeria's capital is Abuja. It's currency is the Naira.

It was originally built the for Muhammad Rumfa who had just been appointed Makama Kano, a traditional title. Rumfa later became King and moved to a new palace but subsequent Makamas lived in the building. The museum has a significant collections of arts, crafts and items of historic interest related to the Kano area.

Zuma Rock is located in Niger State, Nigeria. It is just north of Nigeria's capital Abuja, along the main road from Abuja to Kaduna, and is sometimes referred to as "Gateway to Abuja." It is depicted on the 100 naira bill (national currency). Zuma Rock rises 725 m above its surroundings.

Abuja is the capital of Nigeria, but not its largest city (it is Lagos). According to the United Nations, Abuja grew at the rate of 139.7% between 2000 and 2010, making it the fastest growing city in the world. Photo: Zuma Rock, just outside the city.
